Printing a Lot History Report
Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Lot History Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other printing options.
The report will print in various ways, depending on the setup selections you have made.
- BY LOCATION – If you have selected to generate the report BY LOCATION the Lot History Report will display lot balance subtotals by item within each location and the total pounds stored in each location.
- BY ITEM – If you have selected to generate the report BY ITEM the Lot History Report will display the lot balance subtotals by item and total pounds stored of all items selected in all locations for each customer.
- BY CUSTOMER – If you have selected to generate the report BY CUSTOMER the Lot History Report will display the lot balance subtotals by item for the selected item, for each customer and total pounds stored of all items selected in all locations for each customer.
- BY LOT – If you have selected to generate the report BY LOT the Lot History Report will display lot balance subtotals by item and total pounds stored in each location and lot number selected.
The summary version of the Lot History Report will contain some or all of the following, depending on the setup:
- Loc – The location ID in which the lot is located
- Item – The name of the item
- Cust – The customer code
- Item Info – The Item Info text field name and value as defined in the "IR" settings for the item info template assigned to the item. See Item Info for more information
- Date Opened – The date the lot was opened
- Last Changed – The date the lot was last changed
- Lot – The lot number
- Lot Balance – The current on-hand balance of the lot
- UN – The stocking unit of measure for the item.
- Pounds – The lot balance expressed in pounds.
- Status – The lot status:
- O – open
- P – pending
- C – closed
- Per LB Charge – Reserve for future use. This feature is not available at this time.
The detailed Lot History Report will contain some or all of the following, depending on the setup:
- Loc – The location ID in which the lot is located
- Item – The name of the item
- Cust – The customer code
- Item Info – The Item Info text field name and value as defined in the "IR" settings for the item info template assigned to the item. See Item Info for more information
- Lot – The Net•Yield transaction number associated with an induction
- Carrier – The carrier code associated with a planned transfer or sales order, if entered
- Cust Rel # – The customer release number or order number from sales orders
- Amount – The quantity of the induction or release
- UN – The stocking unit of measure for the item
- Pounds – The amount expressed in pounds
- Desc/Slot – The description associated with the transaction
